Opportunity:

This is a moment in time for our well-established post-16 provision to become a leading sixth form centre of excellence. The significant growth in the roll of the main school over the last 5 years means there is huge potential to boost our sixth form intake, broaden our post-16 offer and improve outcomes. As a result, the sixth form will be moving into expanded and refurbished accommodation over the summer that will provide a mature and inspiring learning environment for our students. This will provide a genuinely exciting opportunity for the appointed Director of Post 16 to really make their mark and strengthen our culture of aspiration and high expectations.

As Director of Post 16, the focus of the role will be to lead the strategic development and day to day running of the sixth form. The appointed candidate will collaborate closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team and contribute towards the school’s 2030 vision of an exceptional education for all.
